How to set it up

  1. Choose the signature you want below and click Open signature to copy.
  2. On that page, select everything (Cmd + A on a Mac, Ctrl + A on Windows) and copy it (Cmd + C or Ctrl + C).
  3. Paste it into your email signature settings. In Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings, and scroll down to Signature.

For new emails

The photo moves.

Outlook on Windows always shows the photo still. That is normal and nothing is broken.
